Target Temps was organized in January 1999 by Shellie LaVerde who has over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry. The staff at Target Temps is comprised of professionals with over 100 years of combined experience in the staffing industry. They are committed to accommodating you, their clients and employees with efficiency, honesty and flexibility. Target’s job is to relieve the stress and provide a service that you are confident with, knowing your staffing and employment needs will be taken care of promptly, and in a professional manner.

In April of 2012, Target Temps was acquired by Employment Solutions Inc of New York (www.employmentsolutions-ny.com). This acquisition allowed Shellie and her team to offer more options and benefits to her clients and employees.

Shellie and her team stayed on to run the business for the new owners so everything is business as usual with additional support

As a local organization, Target Temps has a vested interest in the New England area. Unlike national services, our loyalties are not split between the client, employees and shareholders. Our clients and employees are our primary concern.
